The Experience
Booking a photographer can be an overwhelming experience. For many people, it’s something they’ve not experienced before. Let me guide you through the process from intital enquiry to collection of your beautiful artwork.
Step One
The first step is to send me an enquiry to book your session. Rather than use an automated online booking system, I love to have a quick chat over the phone or messenger to schedule your session - that way we can find the best time to suit. At the time of booking, I will send you a secure link to pay your session deposit to lock in your date. For newborn photography sessions, we discuss your due date and then you contact me when baby arrives.
Step Two
I encourage all clients to meet me for a pre shoot consultation. We can do this in person or over the phone. I’ll spend about half an hour getting to know you and your family, answering any questions you might have. We’ll cover what to wear, what you might need to bring, your colour and styling preferences etc. I will also talk you through our beautiful print packages and bespoke products. After our consultation, I’ll send you an email that will contain all the information we covered, your pre shoot contract agreement to sign and a list of helpful hints and tips for your session. Step Three
Four to six weeks after your shoot, I will contact you to let you know your images are ready. You are then invited to your viewing, design and ordering session - this can be done in the studio or online. You will view a beautiful slide show of your edited images and choose the ones for your package. I’ll then help you decide on which images you would like as artwork for your home. There is no obligation to purchase or hidden costs. We have Afterpay and payment plans available if you decide to invest in prints and artworks.
Step Four
As soon as your products are ready, you are invited to come and collect them!
